This includes but not limited to, high-level on ice training, mentorship, off ice leadership training, and player fees. The NSW encourage players from U10 to U18 to reach their full potential - both on the ice and in life. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful and team-oriented environment for our players and coaching staff.
